El inciso tercero del artículo séptimo del Decreto 2670 de 2000 quedará así: "La secretaría técnica del Comité de Inversiones del FRECH será efectuada por el funcionario designado por el Banco de la República. El Comité de Inversiones se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una vez por mes y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocada por cualquiera de sus miembros o por su secretario."
