Los Secretarios de las Cámaras podrán ordenar al Archivero la devolución de aquellos documentos que han sido presentados a las Cámaras por particulares y cuya permanencia en los archivos no fuere indispensable, y aquellos cuya devolución haya sido decretada por alguna de las Cámaras.
