Art. 138. Cuando la diligencia se haya de practicar en país extranjero, se dirigirá el exhorto respectivo al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la República para que dicho Ministro tenga conocimiento de los términos de aquel, y lo dirija á su destino, con observancia de lo que prescriben los Tratados respectivos, las leyes y los principios del Derecho Internacional.
