Publicidad. El INVIMA autorizará la publicidad a través de regímenes de autorización general o previa. Se entiende que existe autorización general, además de los casos definidos por el Ministro de Salud, para todos aquellos mensajes que hacen una simple mención o referencia adicional al bien sin calificación o ponderación del mismo. Este régimen no se aplicará para aquellos productos a los cuales en la legislación vigente no se les exige.
