Para la efectividad del impuesto de valorización se hacen extensivos, a éste los artículos, 1º y 2º de la Ley 33 de 1896 y el artículo 17 de la Ley 81 de 1931 . Quedan obligados los Visitadores de Hacienda Nacional a vigilar el cumplimiento de este artículo.
