Art 6. ° El establecimiento será gobernado por un Rector, cuyo nombramiento compete al Poder Ejecutivo; habrá también un Vice-Rector, nombrado por el mismo á propuesta del Rector; el número de Inspectores ó Prefectos que según el número de alumnos fuere necesario; y, finalmente, un Secretario y un Portero, nombrados todos por el Rector.

El destino de Inspector y el de Secretario podrán acumularse en un mismo individuo.
