Los recursos de la subcuenta de subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, financiarán el programa de auxilios para ancianos indigentes previsto en el Libro Cuarto de la Ley 100 de 1993. El subsidio que se otorga es intransferible y la orientación de sus recursos se desarrolla bajo principios de integralidad, solidaridad y participación.
