º Conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, el Gobierno o el Superintendente procederán a designar el personal que ocupará los cargos establecidos por el presente Decreto. Los empleados que, estando al servicio de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, fueren nombrados en los cargos creados por este Decreto, sólo requerirán para su posesión, firmar el acta respectiva y pagar el impuesto de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración.
