ARTICULO 278. Fraudulenta internación en asilo, clínica o establecimiento similar. El que mediante maniobra engañosa obtenga la internación de una persona en asilo, clínica o establecimiento similar, simulándola enferma o desamparada, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años, y multa de un mil a diez mil pesos.
