Art 1.° Autorízase al Gobierno para que reconozca y pague al General Euclides de Angulo, la suma que se le debe conforme al contrato que celebró en Tulcán el 26 de Enero de 1885, con el señor Alejandro Onterida, Jefe municipal de Túquerres, á nombre del Gobierno del Cauca, sobre provisión de armas y municiones para la defensa de la Nación en aquel año.

La suma que se pague al General Angulo se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la presente vigencia.
