Artículo segundo. En aquellas empresas en donde se hubiere suscrito pacto colectivo, si se promoviere la formación de un sindicato, el pacto continuará aplicándose durante el término de su vigencia.

Parágrafo

Constituido el Sindicato ya no podrá en adelante, suscribirse nuevo pacto sino convención colectiva.
