Cuando en virtud de mandato legal el empleado o trabajador pierda el derecho al auxilio de cesantía, el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, previa solicitud de la entidad donde el servidor sancionado prestaba sus servicios, reintegrará su valor. Para tal efecto, se aplicará lo previsto en los artículos 10 y 11 de esta Ley, en lo relacionado con el plazo para la devolución y la sanción por su incumplimiento.
