Ley 36 de 1985 · por la cual la Nación se asocia a la celebración del Bicentenario del Municipio de Sutatenza, en el Departamento de Boyacá y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Artículo segundo. De conformidad con los numerales 17 y 20 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Política de Colombia, autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para planificar, desarrollar y ejecutar las siguientes obras de beneficio público y de interés social en el Municipio de Sutatenza así:

a)

Construcción y dotación del Colegio San Bartolomé;

b)

Terminación y pavimentación de las calles de Sutatenza;

c)

Mejoramiento del acueducto;

d)

Dotación de una biblioteca para la Casa de la Comunidad;

e)

Mejoramiento de la plaza de mercado;

f)

Construcción y dotación de un centro de salud.
