El presente Decreto rige a partir del 1º de abril de1979 y deroga las siguientes disposiciones: artículo 15 Decreto 677 de 1972; artículo 2º Decreto 678 de, 1972; artículo 6º Decreto 1229 de 1972; artículo 10 y 11 del Decreto 1269 de 1972; Decreto 1757 de 1972; artículo 2º del Decreto 2716 de 1973; Decreto 1685 de 1975; Decreto 58 de 1976, artículos 1º, 2º 3º y 4º del Decreto 1110 de 1976, y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
