Artículo único. El aumento que segun el referido decreto número 679, habrá de corresponder a los empleados del Resguardo de la Aduana de Barranquilla sobre sus sueldos fijos anteriores, es abonable únicamente desde el 15 de diciembre de 1877 ; quedando en estos términos reformado el artículo 3.° del mencionado decreto.
