Destinatarios. No podrán ser retirados del servicio las madres o padres cabezas de familia sin alternativa económica, las personas con limitación física, mental, visual o auditiva, y los servidores que cumplan la totalidad de los requisitos de edad y tiempo de servicio para disfrutar de su pensión de jubilación o de vejez, en el término de tres (3) años, según las definiciones establecidas en el artículo 2.2.11.3.1.1 del presente decreto.
