LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Art. 10.°Los funcionarios públicos, civiles y militares están obligados á respetar y á hacer respetar de todos las garantías concedidas en este Decreto; y los que infrinjan la presente disposición incurrirán en las penas que les aparejen la desobediencia y los atentados que cometan contra las personas y los bienes de los revolucionarios que se hayan acogido al indulto, dentro de los términos prescritos en el artículo 2.° de este Decreto.
