La suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000) se apropiará en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y el Gobierno Nacional la pagará así: veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) a la Federación de Ganaderos de Bolívar, y diez mil pesos ($ 10.000), a la Tesorería del Departamento del Magdalena.
