Tercera División. Hará la guarnición de Santander; el Estado Mayor tendrá su asiento en Pamplona; se compondrá de los Batallones "Tiradores" número 13, "Rifles" número 14 y "Bomboná" número 15, acantonados, respectivamente en Pamplona, Bucaramanga y Chinácota. Constará de 1.222 hombres.

Parágrafo 1

Los Batallones "Tiradores" y "Rifles" se organizarán como el "Bárbula" con 436 hombres cada uno.

Parágrafo 2

El "Bomboná" tendrá, como el "Nariño", 350 plazas.
