La Nación por intermedio del Ministerio de Obras Públicas procederá a la construcción del muelle flotante de Leticia, como también a la continuación y terminación de la carretera Leticia- Tarapacá. El Gobierno proveerá los fondos necesarios para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley.
