La duración de las penas es la siguiente:

Presidio, de uno a treinta años.

Prisión, de seis meses a quince años.

Arresto, de dos meses a siete años.

Recargo en el tiempo de servicio, de tres meses a dos años.

Separación temporal, de dos meses a dos años.
