Preparados los contratos a que se refiere este Decreto, serán presentados simultáneamente a las Direcciones de Aduanas y de Impuestos del Ministerio de Hacienda las cuales emitirán concepto detallado sobre la conveniencia y legalidad de las disposiciones aduaneras y tributarias previstas en él. Obtenidos esos conceptos, los contratos seguirán su curso normal.
