De las deliberaciones de la Junta de Vocales se redactará una acta especial que contenga la historia del debate y las conclusiones acogidas por la mayoría. Tales conclusiones no obligarán al Jefe de la Oficina General del Trabajo, en sus decisiones, pero para separarse de ellas tendrá que exponer en los informes respectivos los motivos y fundamentos de tal discrepancia.
