Una vez otorgada la fianza a que se refiere el artículo 36, la autoridad ante la cual se haya prestado, comunicará por telégrafo la orden de entrega de los elementos al respectivo Administrador de Aduana o empleado de Correos correspondiente, y remitirá la solicitud y la diligencia de fianza a la Dirección del Material de Guerra, por el correo al siguiente día del otorgamiento.
