ARTICULO 2.4.10.2.3 .- JUNTA DIRECTIVA. La junta directiva de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A., Findeter, estará integrada por los siguientes miembros

a)

El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, quien la presidirá

b)

El jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación;

c)

El gerente general del Banco de la República, y

d)

Cinco (5) representantes de los accionistas minoritarios, que serán los coordinadores de los cinco consejos de las regiones de planificación.

Parágrafo

- El Distrito Especial de Bogotá se considerará, para los efectos del presente artículo, como parte integrante de la región de planificación del centro-oriente colombiano.
