º Modificase y adicionase el Decreto reglamentario número 00116 de 1976 en los siguientes términos: El artículo 8º quedará así: Los funcionarios del Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social investidos del carácter de Jefes de Policía; los Alcaldes Municipales y los Inspectores de Policía, vigilarán el cumplimiento del presente Decreto e impondrán las sanciones contempladas en el numeral 3º del artículo primero de la Ley 52 de 1975.
