El presente decreto rige a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y modifica parcialmente el artículo 1º del Decreto número 1881 de 2021 o las normas que lo aclaren, modifiquen o deroguen. La medida establecida en el artículo 1º regirá por el término de un (1) año, contado a partir de la entrada en vigencia. Vencido el anterior término, se restablecerá el arancel contemplado en el Decreto número 1881 de 2021 o las normas que lo modifiquen, aclaren o sustituyan.
