MESADA DE NAVIDAD PARA EL PERSONAL QUE GOCE DE ASIGNACION DE RETIRO O PENSION. A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión o sus beneficiarios, tendrán derecho a percibir anualmente de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional o del Tesoro Público, una mesada pensional de navidad, equivalente a la totalidad de la asignación o pensión mensual que disfruten el treinta (30) de noviembre del respectivo año. Esta mesada debe pagarse dentro de la primera quincena del mes de diciembre. CAPITULO III DE LAS PRESTACIONES POR INCAPACIDAD SICOFISICA.
