Si los bienes de la persona obligada o sus ingresos se hallaren embargados por virtud de una acción anterior fundada en alimentos o afectos al cumplimiento de una sentencia de alimentos, el Juez de Menores, de oficio o a solicitud de parte, al tener conocimiento del hecho en un juicio concurrente, aprehenderá el conocimiento de los distintos procesos para el solo efecto de señalar la cuantía de las varias pensiones alimenticias, tomando en cuenta las condiciones del alimentante y las necesidades de los diferentes alimentarios.
