Para la inscripción de la designación de representantes legales, administradores (cuerpos colegiados) y revisores fiscales, es necesario informar a la respectiva cámara de comercio el número y la fecha de expedición del documento de identificación del designado, así como la constancia de que el mismo aceptó el cargo o si es del caso, la constancia de posesión. Cuando no se suministre esta información, la cámara de comercio se abstendrá de hacer la inscripción.
