Veracidad de la información. Las instituciones de educación superior responderán por mantener la información completa, veraz y actualizada.

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional podrá en cualquier momento realizar procesos de auditoría y de verificación de la información de que trata este Capítulo y adelantará las acciones correspondientes respecto de las instituciones de educación superior que no garanticen la disponibilidad de la información en los términos y condiciones que se establezcan.
