Art. 336. Si el empleado que descubriere o tuviere noticia de la infraccion, no fuere funcionario de instruccion, dará el correspondiente aviso a uno que lo sea, prefiriendo en todo caso a los jefes de la Aduana, i participando lo ocurrido al Gobernador del Estado, i al rematador de la respectiva Aduana, si lo hubiere, para que ejersa la vijilancia sobre los funcionarios que deban instruir el sumario i conocer de la causa.
