Art. 4° Si las personas que resultaren autores, cómplices ó auxiliadores por infracciones á las leyes fiscales fueren empleados públicos, se les removerá del empleo y se duplicará la pena respectiva; y si fueren rematadores de rentas, perderán el derecho de cobrar cuota alguna sobre los efectos declarados de contrabando.
