Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para otorgar la escritura pública de enajenación de los terrenos, edificaciones e instalaciones mencionados, a favor del Departamento del Tolima, y para que por la misma escritura ratifique las cesiones que la Nación le hizo al mismo Departamento de trescientas cincuenta hectáreas (350) de dicha hacienda, por el artículo 5º, del Decreto 803 de 1932 y el artículo 3º. de la Ley 70 de 1938 .
