Sin perjuicio de las negociaciones, acuerdos y convenciones colectivas, las organizaciones gremiales de que trata el artículo 8° de la presente ley, podrán adoptar y publicar tarifas o precios de la referencia mínima para la remuneración de los actores y actrices que servirán de orientación para el medio actoral y la industria en general.
