Art. 7° A fin de que en las Administraciones principales de Hacienda ó de Correos de las capitales de los Departamentos puedan distinguirse las monedas legítimas de las falsificadas, el Administrador de la Casa de moneda de esta capital mandará á aquellas Oficinas diez monedas legítimas para que hagan la comparación del caso.
