º. Procuraduría Delegada en lo Civil: Actuar ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia en los negocios civiles y laborales, en los casos determinados por la ley, y organizar y dirigir la defensa de los bienes nacionales. De acuerdo con la ley, el Procurador Delegado en lo Civil reemplazará al Procurador General en casos de falta temporal de éste.
