El artículo 186 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Aforo de los envíos. Cuando la naturaleza de la mercancía lo requiera y el importador lo solicite, la Administración de Aduana podrá autorizar que el aforo físico de los envíos urgentes se efectúe en locales del interesado o en instalaciones adecuadas para realizarlo”.
