RECONOCIMIENTO. La fusión o incorporación requerirá el reconocimiento del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, para lo cual las Asociaciones Mutuales interesadas deberán presentar los nuevos estatutos y todos los antecedentes y documentos referentes a la fusión o incorporación.
