Los Organismos Legales De Salubridad Que Establezcan Farmacias Comunales Anexas A Los Mismos, Y Los Hospitales Con Presupuesto Anual Inferior A Trescientos Mil Pesos ($300

Los organismos legales de salubridad que establezcan farmacias comunales anexas a los mismos, y los hospitales con presupuesto anual inferior a trescientos mil pesos ($300.000.00), solo podrán expender al público drogas genéricas y las básicas indispensables para la salud, bajo la dirección y responsabilidad del Médico Director del respectivo establecimiento.

Parágrafo

La Oficina de Control de Drogas y Productos Biológicos del Ministerio de Salud Pública, indicará periódicamente las drogas básicas indispensables de que trata este artículo.
