Art. 4. Corresponde a las Cámaras de provin- cia, i donde estas lo dispongan, a los Cabildos parro- quiales, decretar los gastos i apropiar los fondos con- venientes para el sostenimiento del culto en las pa- rroquias. En consecuencia pueden dichas Cámaras o los Cabildos en su caso, suprimir, reformar o en cualquier sentido alterar las contribuciones que ac- tualmente existen aplicadas al espresado objeto.
