Ley 33 de 1881 · Que ordena la construcción de un camino y el examen de una línea para ferrocarril

Art. 1°. El Poder Ejecutivo procederá inmediatamente á hacer construir las obras siguientes:

1.ª Un camino de herradura entre Utica y el rio Magdalena, siguiendo la ruta explorada por el Ingeniero Poncet;

2.°El exámen por un Ingeniero de reconocida habilidad, de la línea para ferrocarril que ha propuesto el señor Fabián González B., y debería subir de Utica por el rio Negro y pasar por Pacho, Cogua y Zípaquirá;

3.° La formacion de los trazos, planos, perfiles, presupuestos &c. de dicha línea en caso de que resulte practicable; y

4.° Los edificios necesarios para bodegas en el puerto del Magdalena en la embocadura de la quebrada denominada de "La Perrera."
