UTILIZACION DE MEDIOS TECNICOS. Las funcionarios del Cuerpo técnico de Policía Judicial, de instrucción y de conocimiento, para la práctica de cualquier prueba podrán utilizar los medios técnicos adecuados, dejando constancia de haber sido recepcionada directamente por él. Dichas pruebas serán valoradas por el funcionario en la misma forma que las de carácter documental.
