El balance del Banco se publicará mensualmente bajo la responsabilidad de los administradores, en el Diario Oficial , y otro u otros periódicos de los que tengan mayor circulación. En dicho balance aparecerán con entera claridad las cantidades de billetes en circulación que tenga el Banco, y el monto del encaje metálico respectivo que lo respalde. El balance deberá llevar el visto bueno de los Auditores del Banco.
