El Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, al recibo de la documentación a que se refiere el artículo anterior, pondrá un aviso por cuenta del solicitante haciendo un llamamiento a las personas que se encuentran en capacidad de prestar tales servicios, en un periódico de circulación nacional, los hará conocer de los Consejos Seccionales y los fijará en un lugar visible de la Secretaria.
