El valor del préstamo que otorgue la Caja no podrá exceder en ningún caso del ochenta por ciento (80%) del valor de la casa proyectada o adquirida ni de la cantidad de treinta y cinco mil pesos ($35.000.00).Si el interesado desea vivienda de mayo precio, debe aportar la diferencia de contado.

Parágrafo

La Junta Directiva de la Caja queda para fijar, dentro de los límites antes anotados, la cuantía máxima de los préstamos que se pueden otorgar a los diversos socios, de acuerdo con la categoría y clase de éstos.
