Funciones . El depósito central de valores creado en el Banco de la República, tendrá como funciones recibir en depósito y administración los títulos que emita, garantice o administre el propio Banco y los valores que constituyan inversiones forzosas o sustitutivas a cargo de las sociedades sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, distintos de acciones.
