Escrituras públicas autorizadas en el extranjero . Las escrituras públicas que se otorguen en país extranjero, ante Cónsul de Colombia, causarán los derechos ordinarios actualizados en este decreto, en dólares, euros o libras esterlinas, según se trate, los que se distribuirán de la siguiente manera y con el destino enseguida indicado: el 50% para el fondo o sistema especial de manejo de cuentas administrado por la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y el otro 50% para la Administración de Justicia.
