No hay lugar a factura electrónica cuando: - Se expida factura de exportación. - Se expida factura en talonario o en papel. - Se expida factura por computador u otra forma de factura o documento equivalente, para ser generada y entregada directamente al adquirente de bienes y/o servicios que se entregan y/o consumen en el local, consultorio o establecimiento de comercio.
