Para gozar de la exención a que hace referencia el Decreto legislativo número 2078 de 1940, se hace necesario que el interesado lo solicite así por medio de memorial dirigido al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. A la solicitud se acompañará la copia del contrato o la cláusula de éste, en que se halla pactada la exención del impuesto.
